Join a professionally guided mindfulness group via Zoom & experience the power of calm, connection & clarity. Practicing in a group can deepen focus, enhance motivation & foster shared presence—all from the comfort of home. These evidence-informed sessions support emotional balance, reduce stress & help you respond to life with greater self-awareness. Suitable for all levels, each session offers a safe, respectful space to explore mindfulness in real time—guided, practical & gently paced. Ideal for anyone seeking regular grounding & meaningful stillness in the company of others. Zoom delivery makes access easy & confidential—wherever you are. Mindfulness reduces stress, improves focus & helps us live with greater clarity—but practicing in a group offers something more. When mindfulness is shared, benefits can include deeper emotional insight, stronger motivation & a sense of connection. These Zoom-based group sessions are professionally guided & grounded in evidence-informed practices from mindfulness research & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). With a focus on psychological flexibility, you’ll learn to observe thoughts & emotions, stay grounded in the present & gently reconnect with what matters. Group mindfulness has been shown to: Reduce distress & burnout (Shonin, Van Gordon & Griffiths, 2014) Boost social connection & reduce loneliness (Seppälä et al., 2020) Improve wellbeing & emotional regulation (Banerjee et al., 2017) Strengthen group cohesion & shared support (Carmody & Baer, 2008) Sessions include simple mindfulness techniques such as breath awareness, grounding, body scans & quiet reflection. These are offered in a warm, inclusive space—accessible to all experience levels. You’re welcome to keep your camera off or on, speak or remain silent, & take what’s useful. You set the pace. Group sessions offer accountability, reduce isolation & support ongoing practice—especially when life gets full. Practicing with others (even virtually) can increase engagement & remind us we’re not alone. Bright Vista Counselling offers this format as a flexible, respectful & nourishing option for anyone looking to experience mindfulness as part of a shared journey. Cancellation Policy
SESSIONS, FEES, BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS. Counselling sessions are usually 60 minutes in duration, are priced from $125.00 per session and are only available by appointment. Sessions can be booked and paid in advance via the website menu book online function. Changes and rescheduling of appointments can be managed via text to 0431 212 099 up to one business day prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty; After which full charges apply. A full fee applies in the event of a “no-show”. Unpaid invoices will be sent to and external provider for collection. Any cost associated with collection of unpaid invoices will be passed on to the client. Please allow enough time to arrive for your appointment, sessions commence promptly at the allocated time and end 60 minutes after. Sessions will not be extended to due to late arrival.
