Begin with a one-hour counselling session by phone—private, low-pressure, and screen-free. This format is ideal if you prefer talking over video or want support without needing to be seen. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and values using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping you move toward the changes you want. Whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, or simply need space to talk, this phone session offers calm, practical support tailored to you. This 60-minute phone counselling session offers a simple, effective way to begin therapy. Designed for new clients, it provides confidential support without the need for video—making it ideal for anyone seeking calm, screen-free connection. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, life decisions, or relationship tension, phone counselling provides the same professional support and therapeutic benefit as in-person sessions. It’s often preferred by clients who feel more comfortable speaking without visual pressure, or who want a focused experience without screens. Guided by the principals of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this session creates space to talk through your experience, clarify what matters to you, and begin identifying small, actionable steps forward. ACT is a proven therapeutic model that supports clients in managing difficult thoughts and emotions, while building psychological flexibility and resilience. Phone counselling is a good fit if: You’re more relaxed speaking without video You value simplicity and minimal tech You want to talk from a quiet, familiar place You’ll receive a confirmation email with brief instructions ahead of time, including your preferred contact number. Please plan to be in a quiet, private space for the duration of your call. You’ll be listened to, supported, and guided at your pace—with the flexibility to continue by phone, Zoom, or face-to-face.


Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access and respect for your time and mine , the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings : 24 Hours’ Notice Required • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. • Your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your session, the full session fee is due and payable. • Deposits will not be refunded or transferred in these cases. Outstanding Invoices • Unpaid session fees and invoices balances will be referred to an external collection agency if not settled by the due date on the invoice. • Any additional fees associated with debt collection will be added to the amount owed and passed on to the client.
