Service Description
A first conversation is the most important one. This Zoom session gives you space to share what's going on and work out together what kind of support makes sense for you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before we start — that's what the session is for. Secure, private, and run from wherever you feel comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and respect for your time and mine , the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings : 24 Hours’ Notice Required • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. • Your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your session, the full session fee is due and payable. • Deposits will not be refunded or transferred in these cases. Outstanding Invoices • Unpaid session fees and invoices balances will be referred to an external collection agency if not settled by the due date on the invoice. • Any additional fees associated with debt collection will be added to the amount owed and passed on to the client.
