Service Description
In-person sessions at our Geelong practice give you a dedicated hour away from everything else — a calm, private space to work through what's bothering you and take steps toward a life that feels more like yours. If you're new to counselling, face-to-face is often the easiest place to start. New clients welcome.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and respect for your time and mine , the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings : 24 Hours’ Notice Required • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. • Your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your session, the full session fee is due and payable. • Deposits will not be refunded or transferred in these cases. Outstanding Invoices • Unpaid session fees and invoices balances will be referred to an external collection agency if not settled by the due date on the invoice. • Any additional fees associated with debt collection will be added to the amount owed and passed on to the client.
